Walk in the Light to the Exclusion of Common Sense

"Too beautiful for masculinity" and a face that makes women's hearts beat faster even if they know better. Look at him and tell me he doesn't look the part. This guy was almost Superman, and the guy playing his half-brother actually is.

Dain Bornhald

Christopher Eccleston
I picture Dain as a really weaselly-lookin' dude. Eccleston typically plays villainous types, and I think he could play self-righteous really well.

Pedron Niall

Christopher Plummer
Mr. Plummer is definitely an old man who looks very strong despite also looking old. I don't know why it took me so long to think of him for this role.

Jaret Byar

Ben Cross
Can it be denied that this guy is scary? When I picture a tall guy who looks ready to kill (but not because he's angry, because he hates) I think of Mr. Cross.

Brian Thompson
I can't believe this is the best uploadable pic I found of the amazing Mr. Thompson. Known for his work on countless TV shows, Thompson is very talented but because of his look and stature (he's freakin' tall) he tends to get cast as villains. He's too smirky for Lan, or I would switch my choices.

Eamon Valda

Rufus Sewell
What can I say? The guy plays nasty so well it's become his trademark. And he definitely looks hard and merciless.

One is never so far in the shadow that they cannot be brought to the Light. But if we find out you're a darkfriend, we will kill you.

"The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and go. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the Shadow. Let the Dragon ride again on the winds of time."
